What Is an All-On-4?

In this video, we explain the difference between the All-on-Four method and the approach we use in our practice. While All-on-Four uses fewer implants, we opt for more support to enhance stability and long-term outcomes.

The All-on-Four approach involves placing an upper and lower appliance that is supported by only four implants on the top and four implants on the bottom. This is what an All-on-Four situation entails.

In our practice, we do not perform the All-on-Four procedure. Instead, we prefer to use a larger number of implants to create a broader support platform for our cemented restorations. This approach helps ensure greater stability and long-term success.
