Permanent Denture Options in Sonora, CA

This video discusses our cemented roundhouse restorations, which use multiple implants to support a durable zirconia bridge. This method offers a stable, long-lasting solution with excellent function and aesthetics.

If you decide to pursue a cemented approach, we typically use what we call a “roundhouse” restoration. This involves placing as many implants as possible in the upper or lower arch to create a stable foundation for the final restoration. Depending on the individual case, this restoration can be either a denture or a bridge.

However, in most cases, we create a bridge-type restoration made from zirconia. Zirconia is a durable and esthetic material that we now use for these restorations instead of permanently cementing a plastic denture. This approach provides enhanced functionality, durability, and aesthetics for our patients.
